she is a South Korean lady - Jung Da Yeon
she is a mother of two teenagers (14 n 15)..
she is a 43-year-old lady.. XD

she used to weight 68kg but now is around 49kg..
within three months of hard work, da result was obvious..

now, she's da instructor of her fitness centre teaching her fitness method - figurerobics..
sadly - she got divorced from her husband..
