In order to reduce my weight, i joined a now hit exercise in my hometown, Zumba. At first, i was reluctant to join it as I was quite worried how I (overweight and big in size) could keep up with the movements. But,it turned out to be full of fun.. ^^ am falling in love with it.. o^^o
- Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.
- Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements.
- Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo,martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
- Squats and lunges are also included.
